1. About Sahirah.in

Sahirah.in is an AI-powered psychometric career guidance platform for Indian school students. Our evaluations are designed to support — not replace — professional counselling. Results are indicative guidance, not clinical assessments.

2. Who Can Register

• Students currently in Class 6 to Class 12
• Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian
• By registering, the parent or guardian confirms they are at least 18 years old and consent to their child's participation

3. The Evaluation

• The test must be taken independently by the registered student
• Allowing another person to answer on behalf of the student invalidates the report and forfeits the fee
• The 2-hour evaluation cannot be paused once started
• Each registration entitles the student to one evaluation

4. Payment and Refunds

• Basic Report: ₹699 · Premium Report: ₹1,499
• All payments processed securely via Razorpay
• Refund policy: if a technical failure on our part prevents report generation, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days. No refund is available once the report has been successfully delivered.

5. Report Usage

• Your report is for personal career guidance only
• Sahirah.in does not guarantee admission to any institution or success in any entrance examination
• Reports may be downloaded and shared for personal and educational purposes
• Commercial use or redistribution of report content is prohibited

6. Intellectual Property

• All questions, scoring algorithms, report designs, and platform content are the intellectual property of Sahirah.in
• Reproduction or reverse engineering of any part of the platform is prohibited

7. Limitation of Liability

• Sahirah.in is a guidance tool, not a diagnostic instrument
• We are not liable for any career, academic, or financial decisions made based on the evaluation report

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sahirah.in after changes constitutes acceptance.
